Atlantic Hideaway continues to be committed to the health and wellbeing of our guests at all times. In order to support our community most effectively during these unprecedented times, we are now happy to offer safe and sanitary medium and longer term stays to individuals or couples looking to spend a minimum of 7 days at our beautiful property in Delray Beach.
We continue to closely monitor information and best practices promoted provided through the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding the novel coronavirus, and offer no contact staff interactions, closure of communal areas, and a limited housekeeping service. As always, Atlantic Hideaway does not charge for parking or Wi-Fi, or a resort fee. We offer clean, safe rooms, with their own desks, bathrooms, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and no communal hallways. Guests can connect their Netflix and Prime (among other) online entertainment accounts to our flat screen TVs, Atlantic Hideaway rooms do not have kitchen facilities, but we recommend paper plates and plastic cutlery, and can connect guests with many local restaurants offering free and no contact deliveries.
Our property has been purposed so guests can move around without touching handles, latches, or anything else. However, out of an abundance of caution, all keypads handles, and other areas are regularly wiped down and sanitized. Our no contact procedures do not impact our ongoing commitment to outstanding service, and we offer our guests 24 hour telephone support.
We recognize the sacrifices and efforts being made on the front lines of this fight, and offer a discount for first responders, medical professionals, seniors and veterans. However, for all guests, prices are historically low for this time of year, and must be booked directly with the Atlantic Hideaway. In the unfortunate event that any of our guests experience symptoms that require them to receive additional medical support or hospital admittance, we will refund them in full for any unused room nights.
For local families: We are making available our family-owned and operated hotel to allow extended stays for individuals and couples who need to spend time away from their home, or who are returning to the area or coming from other parts of the country, and wish to spend some time on their own before fully integrating into their local communities. Weekly and bi-weekly packages available. Atlantic Hideaway offers no contact check-ins and checkouts, and no contact staff interactions.
